• This machine have three functions as slicer,grinder and lifter.This's a multifuaction machine.
• PLC transducer control,slice knife height is 40mm,sliced meat thickness is 20mm.
• Cutter head rolling cut,it can cut 40kg standard frozen meat block(-10°c≤T≤0°c) into sliced meat and different size minced meat,do a good preparation for bowl cutter's work or mixer's work.
• Because the meat donot need thaw,it can keep good tast and save nutrition.
• The multifunction machine also can grind fresh meat if only use grinder function.
